The Inner City Law Center Mentoring Program facilitates one-to-one mentoring relationships that connect mentees with leaders in the organization to learn and develop. Mentoring helps you to expand networks, gain new knowledge and insights, and build new skills. The program is designed to increase participants’ knowledge of the operations of the various ICLC teams.

Join us now in the Inner City Law Center Mentoring Program to start developing personal and professional relationships with others in the organization who can help you learn and grow. Take the first step in furthering your professional development by joining the program today!

Mission Statement: The ICLC's Mentoring Program is intended to achieve the following goals: 1) to provide, via voluntary mentoring, an outlet for mentee staff to confer about professional development, career advancement, ethical issues, and ICLC duties and opportunities, 2) to have the program be an adjunct to – and not a replacement for – the mentees' direct supervision, 3) to build a community that fosters support networks and a sense of belonging, 4) to provide a means to address job-related stress reduction, and 4) to provide the beginnings of a professional network that can work to the advantage of both mentors and mentees.

If you have any questions you can reach out to the administrators Klaudia Malta, Tia Ramos and Doug Carnahan.
